Natural Stone Step Installation in Barrie
What Was Built
A sloped side yard in Snow Valley, just west of Barrie, rebuilt with natural stone steps, a stone slab walkway and a river rock bed.
The side of this property fell away from the house toward the pool, leaving an awkward slope with no safe way down. We set large natural stone slabs as a walkway along the foundation, then built natural stone steps down the grade, each one bedded and set by machine so it sits solid underfoot. A river rock bed runs alongside the steps, and natural stone edging holds the soil back on both sides. The finished yard is walkable from the deck level down to the pool.
